Over the last 12 months we have been talking to our employer partners to better understand your needs. We learned that while our technical superannuation expertise is highly valued, our employers want to hear from us more often. That's why we've introduced our new Employer Engagement HUB.
The Employer Engagement HUB is designed solely to support you to fulfil your super responsibilities quickly and easily. It has three key areas of engagement:
Services Officers Our Services Officers are your day-to-day support. They can answer questions about operational requirements and procedures for CSS, PSS and PSSap.
Employer Relationship managers Our employer Relationship Managers offer support at an organisational level. Every employer partner will have a dedicated Relationship Manager to make sure you have access to the advice and resources you need to make administering super easy and efficient.
Employer Trainers Our Employer Trainers are available to train your payroll and HR staff in all aspects of super admin tasks. They also provide specialised invalidity training for case management officers. In October 2017, they will roll out a national calendar of training events. Our online training modules will also be expanded to assist employers who cannot attend a face-to-face training seminar.
